How to Order

Under the 'Shop' tab, you will find a link that redirects you to dawanda website which hosts my creations.  Click the 'add to cart' button next to the piece(s) you would like to order. Your card will be charged at the time of ordering. Payment is in Pounds Sterling (GBP) through the Paypal secure system. Paypal is a very secure payment method used worldwide.  Details of your credit card will not be registered with hopeDESIGN.

 

Postage & Delivery

Shipping prices include the cost of postage and packaging within the UK, Europe and USA.   hopeDESIGN creations are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.
If you would like your order delivered to another location worldwide, please contact me for postage costs. I aim to post your order 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. UK deliveries should be received 1-2 days after dispatch, providing there are no postal delays or other reasons beyond my control. International shipping may vary.  

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with a product you must notify me by email  within 5 working days. 

I will be happy to give a refund or an exchange and only ask that you return the goods unused and in their original packaging. Postage and packaging are a direct cost to you and are not refundable.

It is recommended to send returns by recorded delivery and to keep proof of postage.  Claims for lost returned parcels cannot be claimed without proof of postage. 

 

Data Protection

When joining the hopeDESIGN Mailing List or placing an order your details will not be passed onto any third parties.
